Recently spent 100,000.00 on power for City cnt. no commission vote, agian, agianst city charter rules, 75,000.00 Gazebo @ City cnt. no comission vote Dodge alloted the money. City cnt war memorial 35,000.00 this all within the last year. projecting 28 million for Civic cnt on city cnt property!!!
